  1. Understand the key stabilizers of the ankle and their associated functional rehabilitation.
  2. Establish a treatment algorithm for ankle instability.
  3. Address underlying impairments in the lower extremity.
  4. Create a criteria-based progression for return to sport for lower extremity injuries.
