Christopher Dodson, MD
Dr. Dodson is a board-certified Sports Medicine surgeon and an Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University. He serves as Head Team Physician for the Philadelphia 76ers and is Head Orthopaedic Surgeon for the Philadelphia Eagles. Dr. Dodson was previously an assistant team physician for the Philadelphia Flyers and is currently a consultant for the Los Angeles Dodgers, the Pittsburgh Pirates, and the NHL. He also is the current head team physician for Eastern University and previously served as head team physician for Bryn Athyn College. Matthew Pepe, MD
Dr. Matthew Pepe is a board-certified Orthopaedic Surgeon who specializes in Sports Medicine, particularly, shoulder, knee, and elbow reconstruction. He completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania and went on to complete his fellowship in both Sports Medicine and Shoulder Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Pepe is an Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and is on staff at Virtua Voorhees and Atlanticare Regional Medical Center. Dr. Pepe is one of the Team Orthopaedic Surgeons for the Philadelphia Eagles, as well as Stockton College. Monte Wong, DPT, ATC
Originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Monte attended the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science (1998). Bachelor of Exercise Sport Science, Majoring in Athletic Therapy (2002). Ted Rath
Mr. Rath is the VP of Player Performance for the Philadelphia Eagles of the NFL. Rath begins his second season in Philadelphia. During his first, Rath’s role as Director of Sports Performance allowed him to oversee all aspects of the team’s Performance-related methods including, Strength & Conditioning, Sports Science, Performance Nutrition, Travel Strategies, and numerous additional aspects. Rath spent the previous three seasons with the Los Angeles Rams. He enters his 13th season at the professional level, also having served as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Miami Dolphins and Detroit Lions. In his first season leading his own Strength and Conditioning Program, Rath was named the NFL Strength and Conditioning Coach of the year by the Professional Football Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association, an award voted on by professionals around the NFL.
